I’m Rukhsana Mirza, the founder of Khair Staffing, a certified minority- and women-owned business (MWBE) specializing in healthcare and security workforce solutions.
With two decades of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, and workforce compliance, I launched this agency to solve a critical problem I witnessed repeatedly: organizations need reliable, compliant, and ready-to-work professionals—not just resumes.
My background in recruitment operations, HR systems and compliance allows me to bridge the gap between operational demands and human-centered hiring, particularly in highly regulated environments like healthcare facilities and security-sensitive settings.
