We serve as an intermediary between employers and job seekers and do not guarantee employment or candidate placement.


4. Client and Candidate Obligations

4.1 Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about staffing needs
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Make timely payments for services rendered
  • Maintain a safe and non-discriminatory work environment
  • Notify us immediately of any issues with placed staff

4.2 Candidate Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful and accurate information about qualifications, experience, and credentials
  • Maintain current licenses and certifications required for positions
  • Notify us of any changes to availability or employment status
  • Adhere to client workplace policies and professional standards
  • Grant permission for background checks and reference verification

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to us. We are not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.


5. Fees and Payment Terms

5.1 Service Fees

Fees are determined based on service type, position level, and placement terms. Specific fee structures are provided in separate service agreements.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
  • Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
  • Clients are responsible for all collection costs and attorney fees for delinquent accounts
  • Temporary staff are paid by Khair Staffing according to applicable wage laws

5.3 Guarantee Period

For direct hire placements, we offer a standard guarantee period (typically 90 days) during which we will provide a replacement candidate or credit if the placed candidate leaves or is terminated for performance reasons, subject to the terms of your service agreement.


6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS

11.4 Exceptions

This limitation does not apply to:
