Rukhsana Mirza founded Khair Staffing after two decades of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, recruitment systems, and workforce compliance.
Throughout her career, she saw the same challenge repeatedly: employers did not simply need more resumes. They needed qualified professionals whose experience, credentials, availability, and capabilities aligned with the requirements of the position.
That experience shaped Khair Staffing’s people-first approach.
